Halal or Haram? The Decision That Changed My Life

I was just 20 years old. Had only $100 in my pocket… and a mind full of questions.

I kept seeing videos:

  • "Turn $100 into $10,000 overnight!"
  • "Isn’t Quotex just digital gambling?"
  • "Wait… Is this even halal in Islam?"

One night, I broke down in sujood (prostration). I said:

“Ya Allah… If this path is haram, take me away from it. But if it’s halal, then open the doors for me — guide me to barakah.”

That moment changed everything.

I made a promise:

  • I will find out the truth from an Islamic point of view.
  • I won’t chase quick money.
  • I’ll do it the right way — or not at all.

📚 What I Learned:

Islam allows business — but it has clear rules.

🚫 Haram elements:

  • Riba (interest)
  • Maysir (gambling)
  • Gharar (extreme uncertainty)

✅ Halal elements:

  • Buying & selling with knowledge
  • Risk that’s understood and managed
  • No deception

I chose the halal path.

  • I opened a swap-free account (no interest).
  • I avoided over-leveraging.
  • I stopped chasing big returns — and focused on small, consistent growth.

I didn’t use bots, indicators, or gambling strategies. I built a plan.

And most importantly…

I trained my Nafs (self) to be patient.

3 Months Later…

Month 1: I lost 40% of my capital.

Month 2: Small wins, but still learning.

Month 3: I made my first $1,000.

It wasn’t magic.

It was consistency, patience, and barakah.

🕌 My Belief Now:

You can do trading — but your intention must be clean.

  • You must know what you’re doing.
  • Avoid haram shortcuts.
  • Don’t treat it like gambling.
  • Make du’a before every decision.

My Message to You:

If you're just starting, or confused like I was…

  • Don’t rush.
  • Don’t follow hype.
  • Don’t fall into haram for the sake of quick money.

If you stay disciplined and true to Islam, the rizq will come.

Allah gives slowly, to test if you deserve more. He gives fast, to test if you stay grounded.

Whether it’s $100 or $1,000,000 — you will only keep what is halal.
